Keyword Search Tips
1 word	When one keyword is used, the search will return all profiles that contain that keyword, sorted by rank.
2+ words	When more than one keyword is used, the search will return all profiles that contain all or some of the keywords. Profiles that have all keywords are rated higher. Then the list is sorted by rank. For example: software engineer Will return profiles with software or engineer or both words present. Profiles with both software and engineer in them are rated higher.
"	A phrase that is enclosed in double quotes will return only those profiles that have that exact phrase in them. For example: "software engineer" Will return profiles with the phrase software engineer. "software engineer" programmer Will return profiles with the phrase software engineer, the word programmer, and profiles with both the phrase and the word.
+	A leading + sign before a word indicates the word MUST be present in the profile. For example: +software engineer Will return profiles with the word software in them. The word engineer is optional. +software +engineer Will return only profiles with both of those words in them (in any order). +"software engineer" programmer Will return profiles with the phrase software engineer. The word programmer is optional.
-	A leading - sign before a word indicates the word MUST NOT be present in the profile. For example: "software engineer" -programmer Will return profiles with the phrase software engineer as long as the profile does not also have the word programmer.
*	A trailing * indicates a wildcard. The search will return all results that complete the word. For example: program* Will return profiles with words like programmer, programming, program, etc.
