Managed Technical Service, Quality Control, Specification Entry, and Materials Laboratory Departments. Responsible for defining and implementing corporate quality standards and processes at two manufacturing plants, and the direct technical customer support functions. Supervised the QS9002 initiative for the division and certification process. Cost center management of three department budgets in excess of $2.5MM. Staff included a manager, four supervisors, four QA inspectors and fifteen indirect reports.

Managed a staff of ten direct reports working on New Product Development, set-up of internal technical specifications, R & D product trials and on-site customer support. Introduced a company-wide Capabilities Manual and Product Limitation Bulletins. Planned and implemented operational set-up and employee training at new Middletown, OH division.

I am a very enthusiastic, computer literate and detail oriented individual with an MBA and over 10 years of project management experience in various positions interfacing with internal resources including senior management, all internal departments, as well as suppliers and clients.
I am currently working as the Program Manager / Consultant for a large airline with full responsibility for the Maintenance and Engineering Department and conversion of multiple aircraft fleets maintenance and engineering records from one mainframe system to another.
Previously, I worked as a Sr. Project Manager for a large logistics company with full responsibility for software development life cycle (SDLC), budget, quality, schedule and scope of IT system projects. These implementations include developing the scope, user requirements, vendor and technology selection / contract management, analysis of business requirements, development of work plans and project budget, coordination of resources (including offshore and virtual teams), development lifecycle techniques, system documentation, change management, tracking and escalation of issues, system validation testing, training, quality management, operation, and support of the new system. I have used both the client and enterprise versions of MS Project for tracking projects, and use and plan weekly meetings with minutes, reports and senior management updates.
In the past, I was the Project Manager for the implementation of a multi-location $2.8MM ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) in a manufacturing operation.
