TIMEouT Project (Countrywide Corporate Treasury Infrastructure Migration) – Responsibilities include overall project management to identify appropriate infrastructure components for migration to ET, develop and agree on a Service Level Agreement, analyze the current state of Corporate Treasury’s infrastructure, design the future state, and implement the future design of the infrastructure.
PeopleSoft BI Finance and HR Effort -- Responsibilities include planning, tracking and reporting for the Countrywide SMART PeopleSoft Implementation Project* as well as providing leadership and motivation to the project team. PeopleSoft 8.8 for EPM was implemented for use with Ascential ETL and Business Objects Reporting application. Business Intelligence duties include planning and tracking of all GL to EPM components; ODS, DW, DM strategy and planning; Change and Release Management. Infrastructure duties include assessment of current Infrastructure and re-design for enhancements or HW inclusions in order to support the BI, Finance, AR/AP project initiatives within SMART PeopleSoft.

Senior Industry Consultant – Business Analyst/Technical Writer -- Responsibilities included developing and assigning roles and responsibilities for task areas within each assigned test area (PreOrder, Order, Billing, Provisioning). Regularly communicated test status; prepared and secured approvals of the test specification documents; reviewed and ensured accuracy of the Master Test Plan; developed appropriate agendas, conducted and documented weekly status meetings with the Test Execution Team. All responsibilities involved pertained to 271 testing in conjunction with The Communications Act of 1996. Specifically ASR/LSR test case generation & verification. Monitoring status & reporting status to satisfy PUC certification on ILEC per The Communications Act. Future Work to Include: ILEC, CLEC, IXC, SS7 Services, or wireless services operations interconnection or development environments.
AT&T Broadband (E&Y Client) -- Responsibilities include overall management of Broadband initiative of conversion of all Cable and HSD subscribers from ACSR (CSG) to ICOMS (Convergys) systems, which entailed an aggressive schedule of converting 15.5 million subscribers into a SMS within 90 days. Further responsibilities include ICOMS v 4.7.2 upgrades for Northeast Markets, development of reports and reporting tools, definition and execution of requirements for data extraction, definition and execution of requirements for data mapping, and definition of data flow of system conversions. Other duties included management and fulfillment of the AT&T Broadband Pre-Requisite Project as well everyday budget and administrative duties.
Siemens Consulting (E&Y Client) -- Responsibilities include development of SieBOSS related documentation for purposes of the SieBOSS integration of Touch America Networks. Further responsibilities include analysis and testing of the current Touch America operations platform (Highland Lakes System) as well as SieBOSS component systems (Singl.eView, Vitria, TBS).
NTT/Verio Inc. (E&Y Client) -- Responsibilities include developing and assigning roles (task packaging) for new Siebel-Keenan/Arbor Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Platform. Additional responsibilities include development of new business processes for revised Verio Customer Activation Project (CA-BPR Project) and upkeep of scoring matrices for purposes of Systems Integrator & Software Vendor selection, managed and created standard methodologies for project management and software development and implementation. Facilitated Revenue Assurance diagnostic for current Verio Business Processes and participated in all Management decisions for Systems Integrator & Software Vendor selection. Site Administrator for team web sites (Verio Internal Communications site, Team@Web site).
