· Responsible for supporting the application software of a pharmacy network consisting of 1400+ IBM AIX and SUSE Linux servers for retail pharmacies located within the continental U.S.
· Maintain an AIX pharmacy host including drug, physician and insurance plan central database and replicate additions and updates to chain
· Poll stores, create adhoc reports and disseminate sales information to marketing personnel and various business users within the corporate office
· Assisted with the development, implementation and maintenance of EPS Enterprise Pharmacy, Auto Refill Compliance, Signature Capture, PDX version updates, PCI Compliance, state controlled reporting programs
· Assist with building pharmacy systems for new store cycles each quarter

· Responsible for all operational facets of a pharmacy network consisting of an IBM Risc6000 F50 AIX (host) and 240+ Compaq SCO Unix servers within retail pharmacies located in eight (8) southeastern states
· Maintain a pharmaceutical database consisting of almost two (2) million drug files
· Gather, organize, and disseminate sales information to marketing personnel and other end users within the corporate office
· Lead the development and implementation of Perpetual Inventory and Workflow/Signature Capture projects
· Build and deploy new store systems as required

· Provide IBM Risc6000 system hardware and software technical support for 2000+ Wal-Mart pharmacies, vision and hearing centers in the continental U. S. and Puerto Rico
· Responsible for troubleshooting and problem resolution during rollouts including Interactive Voice Response for prescription refills and Y2K updates
· Assist with filling prescriptions and third party online claim processing by serving as an intermediary between the pharmacist and insurance claim processing centers
