This project was a complete IDM (Identity Manager) Implementation project. Mercks current IDM implementation had lot of limitations, such as the provisioning and deprovisioing of Users was very slow, Active Sync and Database access times were also very slow .One of the goals was also to automate their current Manual process of Provisioning and Deprovisioning of users. Mercks IDM version was also outdated. This assignment was to upgrade their current IDM version from 5.0 to 7.1 and also to overcome the limitations.
Developed Custom Rules and Workflows for different End user tasks
Developed VB script to create a Home Directory for the new user which gets created.
Environment: IDM 7.1, Oracle 10g, XPRESS language ,Netbeans, Subversion.
Online Bidding Solution, J. S Elizer, NJ Mar 2007- July 2007
This project is an Online Bidding System using Excel Sheets. There are 2 parts to
this Bidding System: Admin System and Vendor System. The JSE Admin Application will be available on the JSE intranet only. It will be used to add/edit Printers (bidders), add/edit projects, etc. The Vendor Application will be available on the internet. It will be used by the printers to input rate sheet data and generate invoices.
Participated in the Design of Vendor side of the application
Created Custom Web pages to Display Invoice/ Rate/ Profile Excel Sheets on the portal.
Developed Custom Web Parts to Create / Update / Delete Printer (User) Information, to Upload / Download Excel Sheets onto the Portal using C#.

Member Portal Project, Blue Cross Blue Shield, MA Jan 2007- Mar 2007
Member Portal provides BCBS, MA policyholders with a portal environment to view and maintain their policies. Access to the system is provided by Access Manager and custom role-based code. The user population is stored in LDAP and several Oracle tables.
The Sun Identity Manager product is being used to provision its users by BCBS.
Developed custom actions such as Get / Create / Delete / Update users using BeanShell Scripting language.
Used Hibernate extensively to map User- classes to Oracle 9i tables.

New Jersey Juvenile Justice Commission Nov 2006-Jan 2007
Coordinated in debugging and fixing the bugs of a Blackberry-based J2ME application for the state of New Jersey.
Also participated in designing of the front-end GUI on the handheld.

Online Banking Solution May 2006 - Nov 2006
This product is to enable web service for a banking system. The main functionalities include add, delete, retrieve customer details, exchange messages with customers etc.
Responsibilities:
Involved in the design and development of presentation tier using JSP, Servlets, Swing, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Implemented using Struts Framework & written Action classes, Form beans.
Responsible for writing JDBC programs to persist the data in Microsoft SQL Server database.
Involved in improving the performance of application by making effective use of design patterns (Front Controller, Session Faηade, Singleton & Abstract Factory pattern)

State Bank of India, India Aug 2003 Jul 2004
The purpose of the project is to create a web-enabled student loan processing system. The goal is to create an efficient, convenient, secure, reliable, and accurate method of submitting and tracking student loans. It allows the bank to keep track of loans outstanding, loans that have been paid off, and new applications. It keeps track of payments being submitted and can show the student's current loan payment status.
Responsibilities:
Designed and developed the Web Interface.
Developed Java servlets for server side processing.
Responsible for coding the JavaScript for validations
Developed user interfaces for database transactions using Swing.

Description:
Overview
This position will be responsible for day to day management of Opics source code. This includes backup processes and procedures as well as daily builds across multiple product versions. New processes and procedures need to be created and automated to limit the amount of potential errors when delivering software to our clients.
The Role
This position will:
