June 2005 to Present: Various Consulting Assignments
Supported PC & Macintosh computers. Set up Laptops and Desktop Machines from
Images, using Ghost and Macintosh images. Support for VPN and Remote Access,
Remotely Anywhere and Apple Remote Desktop. Windows 2000/NT/XP
Workstations and G5, G4. Magic Help Desk, Troubleshooting, installation,
configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, OS, printers, peripherals, network

software and set-ups.

Supporting 350 users in the Creative Service, Radio & TV, DVD and Web Departments. Create client system images for rollouts. Mac and Windows clients operation and connectivity on Novell network. Server builds and administration using Ghost. Resolve fonts, images and document issues for Quark. Administer of backup via Retrospect. Used NetOctopus and Timbuktu. Resolve issues Lotus Notes up to 6.5.1, Microsoft Office, Suitcase, Explorer and Remote DeskTop.

computers. Doing installs and set-ups on a Novell network using Novell 3.5.1. Did
rollouts and backups using Ghost and worked help desk.

Supported 10 Schools in Half Hollow Hills School District, 500 Macintosh and 250
Intel computers. Diagnosis and repair of all Macintosh and PC computers. Responsible
for inventory and tracking of hardware & software. Set up Ethernet network throughout
the school district. Macintosh and Windows NT Server set-up. Support person and
Administrator for 2 NT servers and 4 Macintosh servers. I have trained teachers on a

scanners, as well as hiring, training and coordination of a staff of 22 artists and 10
freelancers. Responsible for inventory and tracking of all hardware, software,
documentation and production schedules

Conducted hands-on and lecture seminars for Apple Macintosh computers as well as
graphic programs. Handled helpdesk for over 100 users. Created database and
spreadsheets to efficiently automate administrative tasks. Did layouts for a number of
