Duties
- Manage all IT related projects of all branches from the main Branch in NYC
- Perform all IT duties in the upkeep of NY branch technical equipment. This includes normal PC
desktops/laptops and Macintoshes, to as more specialized equipments such as Avid and protools system as
well as internet and intranet network.
-Maintain and optimize all course related software in a digital training environment as well as on the fly
troubleshooting during class hours.
- On call Helpdesk Technical support for other branches throughout the Northeast
- Occasional Onsite technical support on other branches
- Periodical Onsite as lead technician and Technical manager for Company related Trade Shows such as
NAB[National Association of Broadcasters www.nab.org] to deploy, troubleshoot, and manage onsite
equipment
-Miscellaneous technical duties that may or may not be related to above due to need as arise
