New title awarded after installing ADmitMac for optimal Mac client performance with new Windows Server 2003 Active Directory network, as well as implementing a PDF workflow that enables editing and outputting the myriad native file formats of in-house publications in a secure format suitable for printing and web posting. Gave two presentations to staff users of Acrobat 6 and 7 to ensure compliance with company PDF standards.

Additional title awarded after performing upgrades of all company Macs from OS 8.6 (Classic) through 10.4 Tiger, as well as MS Office 98 to 2004, and its Service Pack upgrades.
