Global Quality Project Engineer (RD&E) – New Product Development:
Directly responsible for carrying out all the Quality Engineering activities under new product development from inception to launch phase such as Quality Plans, Metrology and Reliability Testing activities, FMEA’s, Control Plans, Qualifications, Validations, gage R&R’s along with design, validation and implementation of new manufacturing processes for new products and its launch which major duties includes but not limited to:
§ Manages execution of Equipment Qualification and Process Validation Protocols and provides training for work center personnel on Standard Operation Procedures and Work Instructions for new processes and equipment.
§ Serve as the technical review and carry out FAI and TER activities, Qualification, Validation on new product development activities.
