Minimum Requirements: Qualification:
? Bachelors? degree in Information Technology or equivalent. ? 5+ years software development, consulting experience including the implementation and project management of imaging, BPM or workflow software solutions. ? Experience with FileNET image services 4.x, ISRA, P8 Content manager. ? Experience with Kofax Ascent capture and large scale capture implementations. ? Knowledge of Staffware / Tibco iProcess server, client and modeling tools ? Knowledge of J2EE, Java script, .NET, Websphere 5.x and above, MS-SQL, Oracle, and IAS technologies. ? Ability to clearly and effectively communicate business and technical concepts with personnel on all levels. ? Understanding of Project Life Cycle standards and Change Management processes. ? Experience in the implementation and maintenance of web server based imaging software products. Ability to travel occasionally to other Guardian offices to support project initiatives.
Description: Job Description:
Under limited supervision, manages resources and coordinates the integrated project plans, including implementation schedules and resource estimates, for the various assigned Guardian IT projects. Directs, coordinates and facilitates multiple business process re-engineering activities to enhance Guardian?s core information systems and processes. This person would have prior Imaging, Workflow, BPM software implementation experience and be intimate with architectural approaches to implementing this technology. Project management and architectural technical oversight of capture, imaging, or BPM projects Development and documentation of best practices policies and procedures Development of internal BPM project implementation methodologies. Provide technical direction on strategic initiatives for DPS to leverage current technologies at Guardian
