Setup, modify, submit and monitor production schedules and jobs through CA-7 scheduling system.
•Release user test job upon request prior to job going to production.
•Contact on-call programmer support in regards to fail and/or abended jobs.
• Perform Change Control Management weekly utilizing TSO Librarian, Endevor and CICS regions.
• Monitor and escalate all files that are sent/received via FTP or NDM.

Supervised a team of operators that monitored and maintained the Z/OS mainframe and applications supporting the bank’s information technology infrastructure.
•Supervised a team of five Operators of senior and junior levels, including regular performance evaluations.
•Monitored batch processing, resolved system problems, scheduled vendor maintenance and prepared regular management reports.
•Monitored ATM’s, HP Openview and CISCO works.
•Setup and coordinated bridge calls to discuss/resolve Customer Facing problems.
• Prepared and submitted weekly SEV1 and Customer Facing problem summarization reports.
