The Environmental Control Center and I was responsible for monitoring, controlling, and
supporting 140,000 tons of refrigeration, 61,000 boiler horsepower and the configuration of
over 55 million square feet of office space. In addition to these responsibilities, I was also
accountable for all emergencies arising from any of these operating systems: 24 hours a day, 7
days a week.

preventive maintenance schedule on a monthly basis. On a daily basis duties were to operate,
maintain and trouble shoot all HVAC commercial equipment within the Crystal City Plazas.
Manage, maintain, record, and document water and chemical treatments for commercial use.
