My name is Michael Owhadi and I am the President, general manager and owner of Southern Heritage Neighborhoods.
We are a construction company based in Tampa Florida. In the past 10 years we have concentrated in developing and building single family residential projects from grounds up. Our track record and quality work in Tampa communities have won us numerous awards as top builder of the year. We are proud of our name, reputation and workmanship in the single family construction. We have provided many families quality dwelling and homes to be proud of. Ninety percent of our starts has been the results of our customers referrals.

Previous to our venture in Tampa I owned and chaired Novaline Construction company based in Hollywood, Florida where we built heavy commercial projects from high rises to large parking garages, roads and telecommunication sites and projects. We built cell towers and fiberoptic projects in states of Florida, Louisiana , Iowa, Illinois and Texas. we also build over 40 telecommunication projects in Puerto Rico and some of the surrounding islands.

Over the last 25 years I have had great opportunities to build various projects in commercial, residential and telecommunication arena. I have had a passion for building and serving people and companies. We are extremely proud of our hard work, dedication, passion and honesty and I am very confident that our company can accomplish and build and deliver quality projects. I consider that it is a very important factor to share with you that I am an American citizen and also fluent in the language in Afghanistan (I can read & write it) and understand the customs, and the traditions among the local people in Afghanistan, which would enable me to communicate and work effectively with the local labor force.
