Assess, lead, and coordinate the maintenance, development, and implementation of Smart room technology for the largest campus at the U of A. Responsibilities included personnel, budget, evaluation, and development of technology related to this mission critical arena as well as systems engineering and ensuring personnel were up to date on training and knowledge, ensuring the best possible customer service and timely resolution to issues as they arose. Once the technology was stabilized, I went further and began to train faculty on new methods of integration, publishing and presentation usage to ensure confidence, and flexibility as well as integration of new technology into the classroom experience.

Spectrum Technology Solutions, Hot Springs, AR.
Asses, analyze, and implement IT solutions for small and medium business in the Hot Springs, and Central Arkansas area. Lead customer liaison for Spectrum as well as functioning as server, web, and network admin. Responsible for upgrade and documentation of internal upgrades to Share Point and Exchange Environment. Develop and maintain a management system based on Exchange, Share Point and server 2008 in conjunction with MS InfoPath.
Assess technician workflow and recommend measures to improve productivity.
Current Projects:
● Deploy office 2007 across campus of children’s home. Implement and maintain office 2007 and train workforce of 45 staff.
Create and implement document-scanning solution for client to securely scan records dating back to 1940’s. Train staff and maintain environment after creation. Create cost basis and client proposal sheets including pricing and cost analysis.

Baker Computer Service, Springdale, Arkansas
Lead designer, Senior technician, and developer for web sites and promotional media for small businesses. Utilized contemporary design to create concise web sites for specific client needs. Site creation included use of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, MySQL, Adobe Flash, Swish Max, PHP, online payment features, and form processing. Created and assembled web graphics, including logos and advertisements. Designed email blasts and newsletters for site launches and event announcements.
Projects:
Taking control of national S-26 Server operations from both NCR and IBM as a cost saving measure to Wal-Mart. Including server repair and shipment, development and implementation of self auditing and Process control and procedural analysis.
Web Developer/Administrator January 2001-October 2005
Survey Research Center, Fayetteville, Arkansas
Lead Programmer for Surveys and national polling according to scientific methodology. Developed and maintained secure servers for internal and external use. repaired replaced and maintained all workstations and remote laptops on site and off site. assisted with funding and Led training for technology migration and upgrades. All work was time sensitive and critical for the day to day functioning of the center. Created Backup and Restoration Policies for Sensitive, Confidential data according to Federal and State law Audited, assessed and implemented Security. Assisted with proof-of-concept reviews and stress testing.
