PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Sullivan & Cogliano. September 2008 to January 2009
Unix/COBOL/C Programmer. Modification of COBOL and C programs for Backroom Perpetual Inventory application for Wal-Mart Corp. Handle change request to modify software for International Stores. Wrote code in C and Micro-Focus COBOL with embedded INFORMIX SQL statements on UNIX platforms. Analysis, testing and implementation of software changes.
Syntel Inc. September 2007 to January 2008
Project Lead Onsite. Supervise offsite staff in maintaining test environments. Assign task for change request and quality control defects to staff. Execute UNIX korn shell scripts to apply SQL and Stored procedures to Oracle and Sybase databases. Trobleshoot faulted processes and application running on Unix and Linux servers. Responsible for bringing up and shutting down test environments using Veritas Cluster Server, Weblogic and Tuxedo. Monitor servers, prepared status reports for daily meetings and conference calls.
Court Specialists Inc. Orlando, Fl December 2001 to January 2006
Micro-Focus Cobol Programmer. Wrote and maintained software running on HP/Unix and Windows NT operating systems, for court management systems. Applications were written in COBOL, with embedded Oracle or Informix SQL statements and integrated to run with Cold Fusion and JAVA. Responsible for analysis, coding, testing and user support.

Unix Programmer. Contracted to Orange County Clerk of Courts. Wrote application programs with embedded SQL statements to manipulate data on an Informix database on a HP/UX systems connected thru Windows NT and Windows 20000 environment. This position involved analysis, coding, testing, writing in COBOL and Korn shell scripts, ESQL query to produce requested reports for end users.
EDP.Maitland, Fl July 2000 to January 2001
Production Control Monitor. Contracted to AT&T. Maintain TASS financial system. Wrote UNIX Korn Shell scripts to monitor the processing of data transfer on the Sun/OS 5.6 Unix computer. Wrote SQL inquiry and update shell scripts to delete, backup, correct and manipulate data in the Oracle database. Wrote JCL to download data from MVS Mainframe to the Unix System.
Software Resources Inc. Longwood, Fl. April 1999 to April 2000
Application Developer/Tester. Contracted to IBM for Y2K (FIRST ) financial program application. Tested programs converted from COBOL to C and Oracle SQL to meet ISO9000 standards in a UNIX environment. Wrote Pro C application programs and Korn shell scripts to executed jobs thru EXPRESS and Connect-Direct. Documentation of processes using Lotus Notes, Word, and Excel. Edited JCL, using TSO, ISPF on a MVS IBM 390 System.

Programmer/Analyst. Converted COBOL financial tax programs for Y2K and GUI environment using Micro-Focus COBOL for AIX, UNIX, Windows, AS400 and DOS environments.

System Project Analyst. Administered SCO & System V Unix System. Setting up logons, terminals, modems, printers and networking SNA and TCP/IP. Coordinated and implemented software changes for FRVIS motor vehicle application, this included design, work order analysis, planning, development, maintaining and coding new programs, assigning tasks to programmers, consulting with users to define program, or system requirements, coding was done in Micro Focus COBOL and C working in an UNIX environment, wrote SQL query for Oracle database.
