Work History:

Elliott Allen serves as assistant vice president and Communications Engineering Manager for SAIC, Incorporated. In this role, Mr. Allen oversees all aspects of SAIC’s internal network architecture and deployment and voice engineering.

Since joining SAIC in 1988, he has served as a manager on SAIC’s Composite Health Care Systems contract, deputy director of Network Services and assistant vice president of Enterprise Infrastructure Services. He has been instrumental in overseeing the tremendous growth that has occurred at SAIC in supporting the diverse corporate needs for data and voice requirements. During his time with IT he has overseen the growth of SAIC’s internal network from approximately 20 locations in the US to over 300 locations worldwide. Mr. Allen and his staff have guided the selection and implementation of technology to link SAIC’s worldwide offices.

Mr. Allen has served on various User Group Committees for a number of the national carriers.

Prior to joining SAIC, Allen served as a hardware and telecommunications manager at Computer Sciences Corporation and as a Project and Field Services Manager at Digital Equipment Corporation. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from National University.
