Recruited to establish and maintain all IT functions in Chicago for all of the TSA consolidated Jackson-Hewitt franchises before and after the Tax Season. Oversaw company IT efforts to identify, evaluate and resolve all critical hardware, software and communication issues.
• Install, maintain, upgrade and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, copiers and other peripherals and devices
• Installation of the Jackson-Hewitt Profiler tax preparation software in local offices

• Maintain passwords, application security and system integrity

• Acted as a liaison between the district associates, vendors, and the corporate office to identify and resolve IT-related problems and issues
• Fixed and cleaned virus infected computers and restored system functionality

● Hands-on experience leading all stages of system development efforts, including requirements in definition design, architecture, testing and support
