Computer Consultant and Crystal Reports Developer.
My first assignment was with White Hat Management and its IT client, Platinum Technologies, Inc., from 11/2007 to 2/6/2009. White Hat provides education-management and school-operation services to Life Skills Centers and Hope Academy charter schools in Ohio, Michigan, Florida, Arizona and Colorado. My task was to develop reports that the PowerSchool SIS software was unable to produce, using Crystal Reports and the PowerSchool database (Sybase, then Oracle 10g). I also developed reports for the Family Education Services and Vocational Education Services provided by White Hat to these schools, both SQL Server databases. In total, I developed 125 reports and SQL queries.

Programmer/Analyst responsible for the development and administration of assigned programming projects, which included the IT Director’s Project Management System (web-based, written in PHP), and the creation and maintenance of the company’s Wiki website. I was also responsible for the development of executive and management reports from the Track-It! Help Desk software system using Crystal reports.
