Primary tool was PSL/PSA in a VAX/VMS environment for data modeling. Developed interfaces to Data Dictionaries and ER Models using the C programming language. Used Datatrieve as an extraction tool.
THE RYLAND GROUP, Columbia, Maryland 1986 -- 1987
Contract Programmer
Developed a feeder system for branch offices of Ryland Mortgage that were dispersed throughout the country. The system was developed using dBASE and tracked mortgage loans that originated at each branch location. On a daily basis, branch data was uploaded to corporate office via modem and merged into a corporate database. Performed system installation and trained end-users. Additionally evaluated canned Loan Origination Systems on various hardware platforms.
