I am a serious fun loving Sales Engineer. I love to talk technology with people that understand it and those that don’t. I’m good at translating Techno-Speak into English. Contact Center technology is what I love. I help people figure out what they need by listening to their problems first. I also ask a lot of questions, trying to figure out what the best fit for them would be. Then I explain my solution and tell them how much it will cost. I usually give them some sort of a discount, they like that.
I like interactive presentations. Having the participants throw a foam ball at me instead of raising their hand is much more fun. It also relaxes them and they ask more questions. I once sold 3 systems to a prospect by drawing their solution on a white board and tweaking it as our discussion progressed. Our one hour meeting turned into four ending in a sale on the 2nd sales call! I went on the Winners Circle cruise that year, and another one after that.
My customers like my spirit and respect me for my industry knowledge. I can do the same for your company.
