Our Microsoft Field Engineers has a proven track records and have experience working within 24/7 Global messaging environment.

We Offer the following full comprehensive MS Exchange support services to clients:

1. Support, maintain and deploy MS Exchange and provide day-to-day admin services and provide problem resolutions for clients.
2. Maintenance of messaging infrastructure including periodic server maintenance, testing and installation of service packs and hot fixes for optimum performance. Offline defrags mailbox creation / moves, public folder administration, distribution list creation deletion.
3. Implement, support and maintain Outlook and OWA for remote users.
4. Provide support for peripheral applications, including Active Directory, Blackberry Enterprise Server, Symantec mail Archiving system and instant messaging.
5. Create safe secured messaging environment by implementing best practices recommended by Microsoft.
6. Implement High Availability for messaging environment using Standby Continuous Replication
