JOB DESCRIPTION
•Installation and upgrading of software (BAS, Persal, Logis, Windows XP, Anti-Virus, Outlook, MIS )
•Supporting users to the domain and controlling users log-on to the system
•Installing printers and share them on the network and troubleshooting
•Configuring and setting up of computer networking equipments
•Knowledge of Linux server, Novell, LAN and WAN networking

•Providing first line help desk and desktop support
