In this project all trades are entered into Trade Entry System (TES) before the end of the trading day via a trade ticket frame. Once the trade has been successfully added it will appear in the Trader's window. Here traders can edit their trade before sending the trade to the Operations window. Once the trade is in the Operations window Operators will verify and add additional details (such as the Bloomberg lookup code) before sending the trade into the accounting system Virtual Portfolio Management (VPM). Upon success the trade will turn green VPM Id recorded and no further modification is allowed. If the trade fails to load an error message is recorded and the trade colored red. Operators will need to correct the trade before attempting to load the trade again.
