June 2007 – June 2008 Mobilization Officer U.S. Army
Served as the Installation Senior Mobilization Officer. Planned, coordinated and executed major mobilization and demobilization operations of over 4,000 personnel within 12 tenant organizations in a 6 month time period in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF). Possess the in-depth skills and comprehensive knowledge that are required to develop major plans for the tasking and support of 10 major organizations simultaneously.
Continually ensured the proper execution of mobilization/de-mobilization exercises in accordance with higher-level directives, standards and policies.
Accustomed to working under high-stress, short-notice and strict deadlines with numerous different agencies to establish timelines, locations and quantities of materials needed for mission success.
Directed and planned the research, coordinated staff input, and the compilation and implementation of a completed successful plan.
Provided detailed weekly staff updates of future operations in order to keep leadership informed of this vital operation.
Posses the technical and operational expertise and attention to detail that is required to establishing a centralized command and control center responsible for the execution of mobilization/demobilization operations.

June 2007 – June 2008 Force Protection Element (FPE) OIC U.S. Army
Served as the Mannheim Installation Force Protection Element (FPE) Officer in Charge (OIC). During tenure in this position was responsible for ensuring that 16,000 Soldiers, civilians and their family members were safe and protected from the threats of terrorism. Possessed overall responsibility for the conduct and missions of the FPE.
Directly responsible for in-processing, training and supervising over 20 personnel.
Responsible for coordinating and executing weekly exercises in order to test and evaluate the FPE’s abilities and then provided fixes for any deficiencies that the FPE had.
Wrote, packaged and distributed a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the FPE; provided instructions, guidelines and a scope of how to conduct their duties by outlining individual responsibilities; SOP lead to more streamlined, efficient and effective work by the FPE.
The Mannheim FPE has been recognized by the United States Army Europe (USAREUR) as a valuable program and they are working on emulating and using the program as an example by implementing it to every U.S. Army installation in Europe.

December 2005 – June 2007 Combat Engineer Platoon Leader U.S. Army
Served as a Combat Engineer Platoon Leader in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) 05-07 during an extended deployment of 13 months. Directly responsible for planning, executing and accomplishing any assigned missions, tasks or directives. Trusted and relied upon by upper leadership/management to accomplish every mission assigned in support of the overall task. Directly accountable and responsible for the health, welfare, training, supervision, professional development, moral and safety of 28 personnel and their families. Accountable for eight mission essential vehicles and numerous items valued over $12 million.
Proven ability to continually accomplish nearly impossible missions without the proper personnel, funding or equipment in the worst possible conditions.
Possess the ability to work extremely well under stress and make tough decisions in crisis situations.
Extensive experience in international relations and coordination. Exhibits unmatched leadership abilities and the ability to analyze complex and difficult tasks and missions and simplify it for distribution to subordinates.
Possess extensive skills in formulating and implementing training plans, directives and procedures in order to enhance the professionalism, knowledge and technical skills of assigned personnel.
Comprehensive experience in coordination with higher, lateral and subordinate parties.

June 2005 QA/QC Officer U.S. Army
Responsible for conducting a Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) of the Babadag Training Area in Babadag, Romania in support of Romex 05, a bi-national training event involving the US and Romanian Armies.
Chosen above 25 peers and superiors.
Served as the primary recon officer responsible for conducting a QA/QC of the training and living areas, assessing the life support facilities, determining medical evacuation routes, appraising three hospitals.
Served as the liaison between the US Army and the contractor constructing the multi-million dollar camp; resulting in the accurate and timely QA/QC of the camp; allowing the United States and Romania to continue to build a strong relationship and improve international relations within the region.
