Company basically manufacturing fashion jewelry and sell products to various retail sellers. Company was established about 15 years before and rendering services like new style manufacturing, sale of diamonds and precious stones to retail sellers. Designing new styles and remodeling styles according to customer requirements and supporting customers with extended services like replacements, repairs and remodeling the merchandise.
Position: IT-Analyst
Company having an in house developed application in Clipper to Visual FoxPro. Application basically developed using Clipper and was converted to Visual FoxPro.
Responsibilities:
Supported existing Visual FoxPro-8 application and report bugs to programmer, follow up with programmers to fix and test.
Supported users and attend their day to day data requirements with various complex SQL statements.
Created documentation with flowcharts for existing modules and recommended changes and enhancements to existing program.
Responsible to setting up salesmen version on respective laptops, test and remote support to the salesman application.
