Led multiple technology infrastructure projects to ensure CSAA is in compliance with Payment Card and Data Privacy industry standards and regulations. Developed new applications and revised existing applications.
Led cross functional matrix managed team in defining technical and functional requirements, and identification of all applications that contained highly confidential data. Evaluated vendors and led team to selection. Worked with vendor to develop appropriate masking algorithms to ensure highly confidential production data is obfuscated when used in a non production environment. Led team to determine enterprise encryption solution for lap top computers. Analyzed various options and tools/vendors. Determined best solution and managed project in successful deployment on 3,000 laptops.

• Led cross functional task force to develop an Outsourcing and Vendor Management Policy, the actual outsourcing and vendor management process itself and a user friendly database guide. • Directed cross functional teams to develop key affiliate Service Level Agreements, reporting and invoicing for FSB and AECB banks. This included the development of the actual performance levels, pricing, penalties and all other terms of the agreement for all business units. Coordinated executive management negotiations. Managed the monthly invoicing to the banks worth $2.5B annually

Strategic Operations Manager/Sr. Manager- PMO 1992 - 1999
Led and or played key role in numerous strategic large scale matrix-managed projects of varying types to implement key company initiatives. Scope of work was from concept, requirements definition, budget, CBA, project planning and management, issue resolution and escalation, change management, testing, implementation and post monitoring. $100 to 200 mil project budgets and executive steering committee management. Some projects included application development and hardware/software procurement.
• Structured cross functional teams, trained and implemented programs, processes and controls to align operating practices to FDIC requirements in all U.S. and off shore operating sites including headquarters. Designed and developed many of the actual new controls.
• Created and administered first company Business Continuity Program. Performed business impact analysis, developed recovery strategies, recovery time objectives, plan templates, test templates, scoring methodologies, and training and procedures guide. Guided teams in actual functional plan development and implementation of the program.
• Launched company wide teams to identify, review, and amend as necessary all third party contracts to ensure compliance with privacy.
• Other IT Projects: development of a new image capture and billing system, image retrieval system, customer service Triumph system, credit and collection system, on line bank, FSB brick and mortar bank, creation of two subsidiaries, multiple SOX projects
