• Contracted with Circle K Corporation, three months. Deployed Chase Payment Tech packages to Circle K stores in the Southwest and Pacific regions. Gave remote technical support to onsite POS technicians. Configured all hardware for installations using the companies DHCP website and software deployment tools. Worked multiple sites at once at different stages of upgrade simultaneously. Upgraded POS units for redeployment and prepared old assets for disposition.
Apache Glass Inc. 2007/2008
Technical Consultant, Mesa, AZ.
• Assessed business flow. Created a wireless internal network using existing DSL. Researched and implemented a glass industry software package for this location. Additionally implemented inventory control and Asset Management. Trained staff on business flow concerns, recalibrated product profit margins and losses, increased business flow and reduced collection accounts by 75%.
Jadeon Inc. 2006/2007
Arizona Field Service Technician, Irvine, CA.
• Technical: Serviced Arizona for Jadeon POS systems. This included visiting sites and making upgrades and repairs on Radiant, IBM, and Javelin Terminals connected to windows based networks. Skilled in troubleshooting Windows 95 through Windows XP imbedded operating systems. Installed POS networks in new franchise locations using TCP/IP configurations on Windows 2000 and 2003 Servers. This included wiring newly constructed sites, installing the hardware/software and then servicing the maintenance contract.
• Managerial: Expense reporting, documenting process and procedure, network diagrams, hardware inventories, marketing in the region including upgrades and renegotiating contracts with established clientele.

• Interfaced internally with Fixed Assets Accounting, Purchasing, IT and the CFO on asset retirement, redistribution, internal/external sales, donations and vendors. Responsible for large scale international and national logistics for assets with time sensitive deadlines. Created and implemented asset management internal/external procedures including forensic data erasure. Trained satellite IT technicians on policy and procedures for asset retirement. Invented forms for internal website for technicians and departments usage, Self taught and motivated to learn Windows NT, Server 2000/2003, Red Hat, Dos and other early versions of Windows. Worked extensively on legacy equipment from 286 to P4 processors in servers, laptops and desktops. Worked on disk arrays and a variety of networking equipment.
