OBJECTIVE

Wiring for multimedia studio, AC, Ethernet, Audio, Video, interface control.
Installation of CATV system for McCombs School of Business' three building campus. Setup of internal CATV broadcast modulator/demodulator tower.
Assembly of electronic circuit boards. Construction of control interfaces for media presentational equipment. Assembly of electronic touch screen and electro-mechanical interfaces for media consoles built into classrooms.
Control room operator for UTC Auditoriums. Classroom support in UTC, CBA, GSB buildings: Deliver, set up, operate and return media equipment for classroom and special events: computer projection, video and audio.
Electrical installation, AC wiring, Ethernet, RF cabling, control panel wiring. Installation of classroom media equipment, computer projectors and control interface equipment.
Inventory of Electronics Shop - organization of parts, ordering parts from vendors, storage arrangements, computer logging of parts inventory. Organization of Electronics Shop.
Building attendant, responsible for trouble calls regarding media and computer equipment. After hours and special events service. Classroom computer setup, technical support for faculty and students.
Construction and installation of lecterns, podiums and desks with built-in media equipment, Control Interfaces, Touch Screens, VCR, CD, DVD, Audio tape, Computer VGA, Ethernet.
Editing, mixing, dubbing of CD, VHS, DVD, and audio tape presentational material. Knowledge of ProTools and Final Cut Pro Digital Audio and Video editing programs.
Sheet Metal, Machine Shop and Wood Shop projects. Design and construction of custom cabinetry for media equipment. Modification of consumer electronics for educational media installations. I have excellent design skills and craftsmanship abilities.
Familiarity with Windows and Macintosh operating systems and peripherals. Knowledge of computer applications and configuration setups for media presentations. Familiarity with Crestron, Extron and AVX Media System Interface Controls.
Demonstrated ability to work under deadline pressure and maintain positive interpersonal interactions in a diverse, multilevel team environment. Knowledge of National Electric Code, building code standards and trade practices for professional installation of electronics and technology.
