In addition to organizing the daily workflow, trained new team members, wrote process documentation, and worked on, or organized the work, which other projects needed done by the Access Mgmt team. Worked with people on the clinical side as well as IS staff to resolve security access issues and questions. In 2001, was officially made a Lead of this group.

Largely responsible for designing and implementing a new access database to track all users and their access to a wide array of systems and applications. Was the primary person to maintain the functionality and worked with all hospital departments to keep this information updated.
