About 50 percent of my time now is dedicated to supporting, maintaining and managing most of ACSI’s largest clients. The other 50 percent is spent planning and implementing a variety of different projects such as; Exchange, SQL, database servers, domain controllers, WAN and LAN infrastructure.
Key Contributions:
Design, Implementation and Management –
Lead Engineer involved in the overall I.T. design and support structure for companies ranging from 5 to 300 users.
Implemented policies and standards for regulatory requirements for SOX compliance.
Designed and implemented networks “from the ground up”. Including but not limited to; Windows based servers, switches, UPS, anti-virus, backups, disaster recovery, spam and web filters, security, desktops, DFS, purchasing, e-mail, ftp and multiple office connectivity.
Supervise and trained level 1 to level 2 Systems Engineers.
Developed ROI and total project costing documents for management to show how technology can improve efficiency and possibly lower overall operating cost.
Lead Engineer responsible for the implementation of an MPLS based solution for connectivity between 5 offices and how the Active directory, DNS, WINS and DFS data traffic were handled.
Worked with another Senior Engineer as a team in the design, implementation and upgrade of a customer’s switching/routing/LAN/WAN infrastructure. Moving them from a 3com based to a Cisco based switching network.
Worked with I.T. Directors in development of security and network policies and procedures.
System Engineering-
Installed, configured, and maintain several different typed of Microsoft based products including: Exchange, SQL, Domain Controllers, Terminal server, File/Print servers, Web and SBS servers.
Implemented a full SQL 2005/Autodesk Vault and product stream installation for large engineering dept.
Monitor and Maintain 15 different networks and near 60 uniquely configured windows servers on a monthly basis.
Designed and monitored Backup and disaster recovery solutions as well as audited backup systems for compliance.
In depth understanding of WatchGuard firewalls and familiar with Sonica Wall, Netopia and Cisco.

Key Contributions:
• Supported the Inland Empire’s divisions entire customer base which spans across all of southern California.
• Responsible for making sure that all customer’s computer systems and networks are operating properly and that they are satisfied with Stewart’s services.
• Give training classes on several different real estate related products and services.
• Supported 23 different sales reps that include gaining new customer business and maintaining great business relationships with current customers.
• Provide technology support to all customers issues that range from viruses, spy ware, program re-installs, to building servers and troubleshooting small to medium sized networks.

• Assisted in the design and roll out of a major WAN and LAN active directory domain migration.
• Provided LAN, WAN, and desktop support for 300 users throughout 10 branch Escrow offices spanning from Temecula to Barstow to La Quinta.

BRIEF BIO: I have been in I.T. Field for 8 years and could not enjoy it more. The characteristic that has kept me attracted and motivated about the I.T. industry and especially consulting is, that it is ever changing and there is always a new technology to learn or challenges to face.
