Other task and duties accountable for included Citrix administration, Level III technical support assistance, system upgrades and WAN/LAN backups, equipment purchasing, guarantee coverage, obtaining cost quotes, scheduling, analyzing risk management assessment, evaluating new software, asset inventory, creating network documentation, and, email administration and support, and various assigned tasks relating to the departmental operation of the regional visitors quarters.
