I am the owner and lead designer of an austin-based startup called Art Star Design. While technically
profitable so far, financial issues have led me to seek full time employment in addition to trying to build up
Art Star Design. Duties include the gamut, from standard secretarial work to concept implementation and
coding (including HTML/XHTML,ASPX,Javascript,Flash, and all related graphics design). I maintain two
additional independent contractors for high-end database work and more advanced DotNetNuke
module development needs. I also run strategic marketing campaigns, including viral marketing
and service-listing-oriented marketing on sites such as craigslist.
Gainclients Inc. June 19, 2006-Nov 10,2007. Full-Time Employment.
I perform a variety of tasks at GainClients, ranging from light customer service and web site design
to team leadership responsibilities. I started under the technical title of UI Developer, then progressed
to having two individuals under my direct supervision at 8 months. I currently singlehandedly maintain
an existing client base in a support role, and do front-end work for site feature development using the
the DotNetNuke platform (mainly skinning and light module development). Salaried, Full-Time.
Susan Hansen, Realtor, Early 2006. Contract
Created a website for a Real Estate Agent in the Lake Travis (tx) area using a custom-skinned
PHP-nuke installation as the CMS. The project turnaround was start to completion in 8 hours
(non-consecutive). Volunteer.
