Responsibilities were the same as the previous six years with ATA with the addition of being the Real-Time Controls Group Leader. Managed employees in maintaining and preparing the HELSTF controls systems with software and hardware updates to support high energy laser testing. Worked with the Cheyenne Mountain Operations Center (CMOC) to implement an innovative process for spacecraft avoidance (principally the International Space Station and MIR spaced station) during high energy laser operations hosted on a Silicon Graphics system running UNIX. Integrated and administered a data fusion software package hosted on a PC system running the OpenStep version of UNIX.
