Individual contributor position responsible for the test development and support of audio ICs. Responsibilities include load board design, production and characterization test development, silicon and package qualification, customer return support and release to offshore production facilities.
Candidates will design ATE test hardware and create software programs and should have a good understanding of active filters and audio test techniques. Coordination across functional groups in the company is a key element of this job.
Requires a BSEE with 5+ years experience in mixed signal product test engineering, preferably with audio experience. Excellent circuit analysis skill and knowledge of the Teradyne IGXL development platforms is strongly preferred.
Must have excellent problem solving and communication skills. Candidates must be self-starters and be able to multitask and meet fast-paced aggressive customer schedules. Should be familiar with Unix, C, and VBS; Perl is a plus.
