 Title: Ruby on Rails Developers at 4 hot Austin start-ups
Location: Austin, TX
Salary: Open and flexible depending on experience

I am working with four of the fastest growing start-ups in Austin. It is not unusual for these companies to be growing at an annual pace over 700%. All of these positions are due to their growth.

These companies are all very well financed, have legendary management teams and are among the fastest growing companies in the USA. They all have a fast paced but casual culture and understand that employees are their most important asset so they treat them that way.

They are looking for Junior and Senior developers so salaries will depend on experience but range from $60,000 and $120,000 and all have full benefit packages.

This is not a telecommuting position and we cannot provide sponsorship for visa candidates.

Qualifications:

* 1+ Years Ruby on Rails programming experience (ideally doing interesting things)
* Understanding of unit testing
* Formidable HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience
* Experience with MySQL / SQL programming

Nice to Haves:

-Know how to show Ruby language and Rails framework who's boss
-Familiarity with Git version control system
-Knowledge of Solr, Redis, MySQL
-Experience with high-performance Rails applications
-Experience with building mobile applications (iPhone, Droid, Blackberry)
