 Title: Ruby on Rails Developers at 3 hot Austin start-ups
Location: Austin, TX
Salary: Open and flexible depending on experience

I am working with three of the fastest growing start-ups in Austin. These companies are all very well financed, have legendary management teams and are among the fastest growing companies in the USA. They all have a fast paced but casual culture and understand that employees are their most important asset so they treat them that way.

They are looking for Junior and Senior developers so salaries will depend on experience and all have full benefit packages.

This is not a telecommuting position.

Qualifications:

* 1+ Years Ruby on Rails programming experience (ideally doing interesting things)
* Understanding of unit testing
* Good production capabilities for HTML / CSS
* Some knowledge of Photoshop
* Experience with MySQL / SQL programming
* Knowledge of Facebook API a plus
* Knowledge of Flash programming a plus
* Knowledge of NoSQL systems a plus
* Detail oriented and analytically minded.
* BS computer science / mathematics or equivalent required.
