This role works closely with all levels of the organization to drive a highly engaged workforce and to provide learning solutions in support of business objectives and needs.
Scope: Multi-site U.S. responsibility.
Population of -2500 employees.
Responsibilities:
*Define the immediate and long term strategies that support the company business objectives for staffing, diversity, learning and engagement.
*Manage various internal and external partners in the delivery of staffing, diversity, learning, and engagement initiatives.
*Partner with company customers, HR generalists and company staffing function to create and execute organizational staffing strategies, and to support individual recruiting efforts.
*Develop and manage company diversity recruiting and hiring strategy.
*Lead company Diversity Council and serve as functional champion for company Employee Network Groups.
*Plan, direct, and coordinate learning objectives and instructional strategies.
*Serve as liaison with our company's Learning & Engagement group to align with broad strategies and enterprise wide initiatives. Represent company on the company Learning Council.
*Project manage the annual survey for company, providing robust analytics, comprehensive communication plans and effective response strategies, driving year over year meaning improvement in results.
*Select and monitor internal and external trainers and vendors to deliver consistent training programs and services.
*Provide guidance to company customer regarding training and development practices, policies, and procedures.
*Develop, maintain and distribute status reports on training initiatives as needed.
*Responsible for overall management of the performance management, leadership development, mentoring and succession planning tools and processes for us.
*Bring solutions for staffing, diversity, engagement and learning challenges proactively to the company customers.
*Manage fiscal aspects of training including ROI of programs in meeting or exceeding budget standards. Measures, documents and reports on ROI assessments on learning initiatives.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Organizational/HR Development or related field
* Preferred: MBA or Masters in Human Resources, Learning / Organizational Development or similar degree.
*Min. 10 years Human Resources experience including HR generalist roles.
*Min 3 years experience in specialty roles associated with identifying, designing, and implementing staffing, diversity and training programs, and supporting the learning and development function.
*Strong project management skills and orientation. Demonstrated ability to manage large scale projects successfully. Able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*Superior completed staff work abilities.
*Effective people manager, coach and mentor.
* Advanced computer skills needed, including MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint), with the ability to link operations, risks and financial data to evaluate situations.
* Must display superior verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
*Ability to collaborate with all levels of management.
*Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
*Working knowledge of current and emerging survey, training tools and learning aids.
*Ability to plan and organize accordingly in a fast-paced environment while still ensuring deadlines are met with a complete and quality work product.
