Required experience:
Experienced Scrum Master
Experience with Agile methodology
Excellent communication skills
Well organized
Must be able to lead multiple Scrum teams simultaneously

Highly desirable experience:
Experience with Serena Agile On Demand tool
Experience with Bugzilla and Testopia
Some understanding of online publishing would be a plus

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Certified Scrum Master credential
