Job Description:

ITs a network Logo
 Assist in the maintenance of current files of all technical documents and requirements necessary for implementation of an effective quality assurance program. Provide administrative support in the daily operations of the Quality department including but not limited to:prepare and issue quotes, pro-forma invoices, process shipping: including verification of required documentation, archive data, collections of repair invoices, maintenance of the tool calibration log book, maintenance of the shelf life items.
Additional responsibilities include:
· Maintenance of Quality Manual and Procedures
· Assist customers with RMA processing
· Communicate order status in response to customer requests for order status and other details
· Associates Degree Required
· Strong communications skills, including ability to write concise letters, emails and faxes to convey precise technical information, requirements and status.
· Experienced in the use of modern office equipment and software applications including copiers, fax equipment and scanning equipment.
· Experience reading and writing technical reports a plus.
· Knowledgeable in FAA Part 21 Regulations
