We are currently recruiting for Senior Digital Strategist for a global renowned advertising agency. The candidate will need to have a passion for online marketing and have an impressive knowledge of current and emerging online tactics to drive revenue and site growth. He or she will report to and work directly with the VP of Digital Strategy within an innovation center and regularly interact with other executives in the organization to develop new offerings and monitor product results. The candidate must exhibit the ability to develop exceptional marketing strategies through creative and strategic thinking and determine the appropriate response to a variety of opportunities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Develop leads and build strong relationships with clients, focusing on accounts whose recruitment needs are best served by comprehensive Web 2.0 digital programs such as search (organic and sponsored), social, mobile, web development, traffic driving strategies, and metrics.
• Work with and support the divisions in your region to identify top prospects and provide digital consulting to both the client and internal contacts
• Work with the resource teams/groups to coordinate and perform needs analysis to define the client’s objectives to define the expectations of the agency
• Provide detailed client briefing for resource groups/teams to ensure that all projects are executed and transitioned to the appropriate teams
• Work closely with account teams and resource groups/teams to provide foundation for customized solutions and ongoing consulting
• Develop and/or deliver formal and informal, new and existing business presentations in addition to presenting interactive recommendations to their clients
• Develop, coordinate and present written proposals
• Keep abreast of the latest happenings in the recruitment and digital industries
• Investigate new technologies and methods for delivering innovative digital solutions
• Meet/exceed revenue goals.

SECONDARY
FUNCTIONS
• Assist in training and development of internal contacts
• Develop and deliver next-generation ROI strategies for clients
• Develop client case studies
• Speak at industry events
• Publish articles online and/or in trade magazines/journals
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
• Solid understanding of search, social, online media and mobile technologies
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited 4-year college or university
• 5+ years’ experience delivering digital-based solutions
• Strong knowledge of on- and off-line recruitment preferred
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Strong relationship/customer service skills
• Ability to perform a thorough needs analysis and develop a sound strategy
• Must demonstrate effective written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to effectively control workload and accurately complete several projects at the same time
• Possess a high level of commitment and follow-through
• Working knowledge of MS Office and other publishing and presentation tools
