Role Overview:
The product marketing manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans for new products and solutions in the Customer Relationship Management domain, to drive market awareness and generate demand. This will include creating clear and compelling marketing collateral and sales tools, driving market research and thought leadership, sales enablement and training, analyst briefings, media briefings, speaking opportunities in conferences and events, and lead generation activities. The role will focus on enterprise software products in the area of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and will report directly to the head of marketing of the customer management division.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in product marketing in an Enterprise Software Company.
- Proven track record in launching new products/solutions (concept, development, rollout, adoption)
- Proven ability to drive market research and develop through leadership (work with external research firms to conduct surveys and other research and obtain key data points and factoids that can help promote our solutions)
- Sales tools and collateral - (value prop, concise messages, positioning, competitive intelligence)
- Sales Training - educating and motivating the field
- Awareness and demand generation - creating market demand (inc. internal awareness and opportunity generation)
- Analyst Relations (both data gathering and influencing analysts)
- Experience in Product Pricing

- Desire for growing into a managerial role in the future (leading other product marketing managers)
- Domain expertise in Enterprise software market - ideally in the CRM and Social CRM spaces
- Proven background selling or marketing to service provider market
