ASIC/SoC Verification Engineers – San Diego and Santa Clara opportunities

(5+ years experience in SystemVerilog (preferred) or Vera or Specman/e and 2+ years of OVM (preferred) or VMM, UVM, eRM)

Skills/Experience:
5-10 years experience (ideally) in cutting-edge verification of 65nm (45nm or smaller preferred) CMOS wireless modem or multimedia (graphics, video or imaging) ASICs or SoCs. Will also consider candidates from microprocessor, DSP, etc. We will certainly look at more-experienced engineers as long as they are in a senior-contributor capacity (as opposed to management). Other
beneficial skills and experiences include: RTL design experience and/or OO programming experience, simulation acceleration tools and Verilog or VHDL, C/C++, Tcl/Perl/shell-scripting and good communications skills

Responsibilities:
Work with the appropriate systems architects, designers and SW engineers to plan and execute verification and validation of designs for integration into mobile platforms and applications.

Education:
BSEE required, MSEE preferred

Preference given to those with directly-applicable experience in the verification of Multimedia ASICs, wireless modem ASICs or SoCs. Candidates must have strong academic credentials.
