VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking for Business Analyst for one of our clients which is a leading Bank in Qatar with the following skill set and terms and conditions.
Skill Set required:
• Minimum Bachelors’ degree in business or economics
• Finance and banking background with minimum 5 years of SME advisory or related experience
• Indepth knowledge of private sector development/entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development
• Demonstrated ability to determine the technical and financial feasibility of business models and plans to create them
• Demonstrated ability to undertake critical analysis; interpret data/information and derive meaning.
• Understand Qatar BANK's strategic direction and execute the development and implement ion of the Advisory Services’ strategy and plans
• Develop the three tier framework for BANK Advisory Services at the entrepreneur, enterprise and institutional level
• Develop the end to end service delivery model to support:
• Identification of Entrepreneurs, Capacity building, Financial Linkages, Start-up support, Establishment
• Provide support to Business Finance department of BANK to provide need based support to existing BANK customers
• Provide support services to BANK internal departments such as Tasdeer, Al-Dhameen etc.
• Develop institutional linkages with external support agencies to promote SMEs.
• Support, develops and facilitates the development of resource database including linkages of various support agencies and institutions, SME resources and in-house library
• Fluent in English and Arabic
