VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking for Head of Management Accounts for one of our clients which is a leading Bank in Qatar with the following skill set and terms and conditions.
Skill Set Required:
• CMA; CPA or MBA (Finance), BSc or BA in a financial discipline.
• 12 years credit experience, ideally in banking, of which at least 7 include management accounting and MIS and budget
• In-depth knowledge and application of accounting principles and processes
• Knowledge of Qatari Banks rules and regulations
• Demonstrated ability to analyse data and provide justification
• Expert in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Demonstrates a vision for the section and the ability to develop and implement plans to achieve it
• Demonstrated ability to engage, lead and motivate a team
• Demonstrated ability to positively influence people and gain their support; seen as being credible
• Willingness to implement and support a performance based culture and make people accountable
• Analyze the reports and advise MIS unit on findings and recommendations
• Capital adequacy reports including table number 11 of tier tow capital details.
• Undertake detailed review of the profitability reports
• Undertake detailed review of the monthly KPIs reports and present to management
• Review the daily management reports that include position of bank assets , liabilities , shareholders equities and Profit & Loss statement
• Provide input to the development of appropriate policies and procedures
• Prepare and supervise the 5 years strategy plan with high level estimation of profitability
• Implement approved changes to policies and procedures
• Fluent in Arabic and English
