Experience
Strong technical Java development skills.
Experience performing as a team lead and directing 8+ developers
Experience developing coding specifications for functional modules.
Experience with configuration management and managing multiple development streams
Experience performing QA / code review of developed components.
Experience with automated build and deployment approaches.
