Position Title:
Programmer Analyst.
Position Summary:
Motivated self starter wanted to join our team. Looking for Programmer
Analyst with strong technical and interpersonal skills to join a dynamic
and fast paced environment. Provide full life cycle development for WEB
based Banking, Financial and customer support applications.
Essential Functions:
1. Provide requirements evaluation, analysis, design and construction of
complex applications.
2. Work actively with multiple groups to deliver the highest quality
software.
3. Ability to analyze, understand and translate complex work flows.
4. Work and collaborate constructively with peers.
5. Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
6. Provide implementation and post production support for applications.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
2. 6+ years of experience in developing software using Java/J2ee
technology.
3. 2+ Years of experience in developing web based Banking, Financial
software applications.
Required Skills:
1. J2EE platform experience including EJB, JMS, JDBC , Servlets, Struts
Framework.
2. Websphere or Weblogic or Jboss application server experience.
3. GUI development experience HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
4. Experience with relational databases (SQL server, Oracle).
5. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
6. Strong Object Oriented analysis and design skills.
7. Full Software development Life Cycle experience.
7. Proven track record of delivering high quality complex software
solutions.
8. Knowledge of financial and banking applications a definite plus.
9. Knowledge of Windows 2000, XP & UNIX operating systems.
Other Skills (Good to have but not required):
1. XML/XSL experience.
2. Previous experience with consulting companies.
3. Experience with CRM and ERP integration a plus.
4. Experience with Risk management or Security Systems is a plus.
