Desktop Infrastructure and Technology is looking for an exceptional partner to join the Workstation Infrastructure team. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about their job and has the expertise to lead project teams in implementing technology solutions and troubleshooting perfromance problems. This is a fast-paced team and a successful candidate must be able to act with a sense of urgency. Qualified candidates must posses a strong sense of leadership, excellent communication skills, and a can do attitude.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Min. 4 years Citrix Presentation server experience required
An undergraduate college degree or equivalent experience
Familiarity with enterprise system support processes including change control, problem management and escalation procedures
Act as a Technical Lead on Enterprise scale projects
An undergraduate college degree or equivalent experience
In-depth working knowledge of Windows NT Kernel based Operating Systems
In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Internet Explorer
In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy
In-depth working knowledge of network tracing
In-depth Working knowledge of Windows troubleshooting
Working knowledge of enterprise anti-virus software and related infrastructure (Ideally McAfee)
Working familiarity with enterprise desktop management software (e.g. APP-V (Softgrid) /SCCM)
Familiarity with enterprise system support processes including change control, problem management and escalation procedures
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS - Skills Required:
Senior level experience in written and verbal communications on technical issues to all levels of the organization
Willing to support multiple technologies, this is NOT a Citrix only role
Ability to grasp complex technical issues quickly
Ability to define and communicate complex problems and business requirements in non-technical terms
Leadership and organizational skills needed to prioritize assignments and provide feedback to staff
Detail oriented
Ability to work in a team atmosphere
Work effectively with a minimum of direction
Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
