SAP PP Enterprise Solutions Specialist II
Summary / Purpose Responsible for the design, development and implementation
of SAP's core R/3 functionality in terms of PLM (Product Lifecycle
Management), with ECM (Engineering Change Management) The selected
individual will have involvement in the roll out of the Supply Chain
Management business tools and bolt-ons. Candidate should possess a
willingness to learn new emerging technologies such as TMS, SRM, SCM, APO,
and SNC. Additionally, must have knowledge and/or experience in various
phases of the standard supply chain processes utilizing best business
practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities .Five plus years experience with SAP
configuration including but not limited to PLM and/or PP, and MM set up.
Hands on experience with PLM (preferred) functionality such Material
Masters, BOMs, Document Info Records, Change Masters, Notifications and
c-Folders.. Experience with customizing and hands on system configuration in
these areas would also be very beneficial.
.Strong understanding of business processes, practices and procedures.
.Working knowledge of project management practices and methodology's
.Ability to perform hands on configuration in Supply Chain Management
including integration points to Purchasing, Planning, Sales and
Distribution, Logistics and Finance.
.Ability to write highly detailed functional specifications involving new
custom functionality in the SCM area. Specs could encompass application
development, enhancements and testing of such.
.Participate in the exchange of ideas and information within the department.
.Organize verbal and written ideas clearly and use an appropriate business
style.
.Perform hands on complex configuration in module.
.Provide functional advice and assistance to programmers.
