SAP Purchasing Enterprise Configuration Specialist II

Responsible for the design, development and implementation of SAP's MM
(Materials Management) module with a specific focus in the Purchasing area.
The selected individual must have good knowledge of the Supply Chain
Management business tools. Candidate should also possess a willingness to
learn new emerging technologies.

Required skills include the following:
Two plus years configuration experience in SAP 5.0 with a specific focus in
MM module (Purchasing).
One or more full life cycle SAP implementations at operation sites.
Experienced in configuration on SNC, APO, SRM and its installation is a
plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities .Strong understanding of business
processes, practices and procedures.
.Ability to perform hands on configuration in Supply Chain Management
including integration points to Purchasing, Planning, Sales and
Distribution, Logistics and Finance.
.Ability to write highly detailed functional specifications involving new
custom functionality in the SCM area. Specs could encompass application
development, enhancements and testing of such.
.Participate in the exchange of ideas and information within the department.
.Organize verbal and written ideas clearly and use an appropriate business
style.
.Perform hands on complex configuration in module.
.Provide functional advice and assistance to programmers.
