 Job Description
Multi-tasking, detail-oriented, well-organized J2EE Support Engineer to troubleshoot production
problems with our new platform, as well as work with business owners on custom reporting/data
needs.

Daily Duties / Responsibilities:
- Field technical questions from the business on our business' new platform
- Troubleshoot potential technical problems on the live site
- Implement bug fixes for small problems
- Develop custom SQL queries for data/reporting needs

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and organization skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fast learner with a willingness to learn new technologies
- Self-motivated and flexible
- Commitment to understanding customer's needs

Required Skills
- 5-7 years experience working on a J2EE platform
- 3-5 years of writing custom, advance SQL queries for a reporting solution
- 1-2 years of experience working with Spring/Hibernate
- 1-2 years working on Linux operating systems
- 1-2 years working with MySQL

- Hands-on experience with at least 2 full SDLC projects

Preferred Skills:

- J2EE
- SQL, MySQL
- Spring
- Hibernate
- Linux
